Ruby color with red fruit on the nose: red plums, red cherry pith and currants. After decanting and sipping an hour later, green bell pepper and celery seeds popped out. On the palate: white pepper, and chocolate hazelnuts with a cedar morel finish. I think that this wine could use some more time in the cellar or decanting for a good hour to two before serving.
