Imagine watching Peter Frampton play in a Kentucky field in late September. There is an old red wood barn, dried hay and the faint smell of tobacco in the blanket you are sitting on. The weather is warm but dry with a light breeze that continues to surprise the back of your neck. When you choose, you can turn your attention to many plants in the distance including black berries and rhubarb. Buried somewhere in your canvas bag is a dark chocolate covered cherry, but you will get to that when you get to it. Yeah, it is that good!

The wine is Ruby colored with purple rims. Blackberry and Black Cherry on the nose with Violets opening on the palate. Ground mustard and celery salt evolves on the finish with a vanilla overtone and a bit of red earth and tobacco. The finish is long and ever changing.
