On the nose, there are lots of red fruits: red plum and bing cherries, red rose petals and wet leaves. Some spices; anise, cinnamon and clove. On the palate the fruit diminishes and I pick up more hints of cedar plank and cigar box. This wine had an amazingly long finish (30 secs +) and on the finish there were flavors of trampled fall leaves and clove. It was a well balanced and smooth wine with an alcohol content of 14.4%
