This would be the Paul Bunyan of Cabs – big, strong
and American. Except this Paul Bunyan is wearing Sinatra’s suit and smoking a cigarette. Despite being a big, robust Cab, it is controlled with a smooth clean finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in color and loads of black fruit including black cherries and cassis. Well balanced on the palate with green bell pepper, pipe tobacco and coffee along with cooking spices (nutmeg & clove) finish the wine off nicely.
